Recognition and critique of an architectural work is made possible by recognizing architectural changes over time; In other words, it should be possible to observe the past, present and future changes of a work and then have recommendations to achieve the desired situation. Therefore, comparative comparison of architectural works between different times requires common attributes in order to measure the amount of changes in common attributes, and finally to guide possible changes; Because it is not possible to recognize and guide changes based on different attributes of the architectural effect over different times. Based on this, it seems that the concept of center, due to its generality in architectural works and on the other hand due to its hierarchy in semantic and physical structure, has the ability to become a common description in architectural works and almost different theorists ( Arnheim, Nurberg Schultz, Christopher Alexander) Despite different approaches, alluded to the existence of the center in all architectural works without time and place constraints; In other words, it is possible to recognize changes in architectural works by relying on different functions of a common attribute (such as the center) and suggest solutions to achieve the desired situation based on the same attribute, which requires a systemic approach; In this regard, the Philosophy System of Velayat-e-Velayat 1 (presented by Qom Islamic Academy) has presented an evolutionary-systemic methodology for recognizing and controlling change. And make it possible to guide the changes in architectural works over time by introducing the characteristics of the activity system of the centers.
