Telazeng is an old masonry/steel bridge located on Km587+000 of Iranian railway network. Main span of the bridge is comprised of six post-tensioned steel beams of 72 meters, each with a height of 2.5 meters. Two adjucent piers are constructed with an inclination, segmenting the main span into three smaller spans, two 15 meters and one 42 meters span. The bridge is situated in a curved section of the track with a radius of 250 meters. Extreme lateral vibrations of main span has caused concerns for maintenance and operation authorities of the birdge. In this regard, structual performance of the bridge was tested by carrying dynamic load tests on the bridge.
