New motorcycle development in Jahanro Co.
In this project which was started in 2018, a new motorcycle equiped with engine conform to Euro 4 regulations were developed. Plastic body covers of a previous electric version of E-jahanro which are made using injection moulding process were used as carry over components. A new frame were designed and constructed. Engine, brake and steering components are successfully assembeled on the frame. There was a little problem with big vibrations induced by the engine. Such NVH problem was solved by changing location of the engine mounths. Finally during this 6 mounths project a new motorcycle with very good ride and handling performance was produced. Mass production of the motorcycle will be started by Jahanro Co. in 2019.
