IUST was appraised for cooperation with Iranians abroad under ICARD and ICED projects

 On 16th of Dec 2014 as the national day of "technological research and scientific diplomacy" a conference was held with the attendance of selected universities’ international Directors and Deputy Minister for International Affairs and Head of International Scientific Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, as well as Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Iranians Abroad Affairs in the conference hall of the Council.

 In the event letters of appreciation were awarded to those selected projects of International Cooperation for Educational Development (ICED) andInternational Cooperation for Applied Research Development (ICARD) that was implemented with overseas Iranian professionals and researchers.

 Among the projects submitted by Iran University of Science and Technology ,the project presented in collaboration with Prof. Abbas Tcharkhchi from the University of Paris Tech - Arts et metiers in France and Dr.Ali Reza Khavandi in IUSTS School of Materials and Metallurgy Engineering concerning to provide short courses for Ph.D. students within ICED won appreciation.
