Vision

  Purposes :   A- Qualitative purposes   1- Hiking the number of the internal research plans , after completing all the ongoing plans   2- increasing the number of active faculty members in laboratories and research axis   3- development the usage of IT services according to the predetermined program       B- Creating the suitable research situation in Iran University of science and technology and scientific basic preparation for developing research, aiming at developing multifaceted researches in the university. Therefore, the following qualitative purposes are to be implemented for the research programming :   1. Imposing some basic changes to have a scientific and dynamic university in research affairs through:   · Facilitating the ratification process and implementing the research plans through budget planning   · Creating and developing research laboratories   · Creating the center for the researches on the basis of the associate and assistant professors   · Creating an identity system for basic researches on the structures and affairs of the university   · Fortifying the research structure for the university   · Paying attention to the positional research abilities of faculty members and providing them with the necessary facilities   · Fortifying the basic structure for applied researches and developing coherent connation between the university and industry, like establishing a scientific park  2- Motivating group researches for creating larger capacities  · Establishing and fortifying research unites type 1, 2, and 3 in the university   · Hiring Iranian and foreign researchers through holding PhD courses and study opportunities   3-developing the basic researches specially in basic sciences, according to the need analysis in engineering field  4- Giving priority to the investment and supporting the required structure for research in laboratory facilities and scientific resources
