### **Biography**
Dr. Mehrdad Agha Mohammad Ali Kermani received his BSc in Industrial Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology in 2009. He completed his MSc in Industrial Engineering at Shahed University in 2011, and his PhD in Industrial Engineering at Iran University of Science and Technology in 2017.
His doctoral research focused on social network analysis, particularly the influence maximization problem. Currently, his research interests include process mining, the application of artificial intelligence in business process management (BPM), and leveraging social network analysis tools and concepts to address governance challenges.
Professionally, Dr. Kermani is actively engaged in implementing BPM, business intelligence, and process mining solutions within organizations. He also leads industry projects focused on restructuring organizational structures to enhance efficiency, optimize workflows, and align with strategic objectives.
