Abstract
The essence of the economic security of the Ukraine's agricultural sector, its role in further globalization, as well as the trends of changes in key indicators of economic security till 2024 are considered in the article. The economic security of the agricultural sector is determined by the authors as an important component of the economic security of a country, it provides the state of a system (as a whole or individual entities), which in conditions of permanent influence of external and internal factors ensures the stability and progressive development of the agricultural sector providing conditions for preservation and further reproduction of resource potential, guarantees food security, promotes the development of rural areas.
The emphasis is focused on the special role of food security in the context of achieving the Global Sustainable Development Goals.
The key indicators of achieving the Sustainable Development Goal 2 "Overcoming hunger, achieving food security, improving nutrition and promoting sustainable agricultural development" are analyzed. The positive dynamics is established for the following indicators: Productivity labour in agriculture; Index of agricultural products; The share of agricultural lands under organic production in the total area of this year lands; The consumer price index for food. Other indicators show that Ukraine lags far behind the targets.
The need to form a unified approach to the management of economic security of the agricultural sector has become the basis for the development of conceptual foundations for the strategy of economic security of the Ukraine's agricultural sector in the context of globalization. The implementation of this strategy will strengthen further the food security.

Abstract
To respond to the urgent call for preventive action against COVID-19 pandemic implications for societies, this research is carried out. The main aim of our research is providing a new insight for the effects of the newly emerged restrictions by COVID-19 on the SD Goals (SDGs). This research applied a qualitative approach for supporting the SDGs achievement post-COVID in Iran, as a developing country in the Middle East, in two phases. In the first phase, using a fuzzy Delphi method, the SDGs affected by COVID-19 were identified. In the next phase, a fuzzy cognitive map, as a qualitative system dynamics modeling, was conducted to specify the key interconnections among the SDGs post COVID-19. Finally, three strategies including focus on people in vulnerable situation, support for industrial units and small and medium-sized enterprises, and national aggregation to Fight COVID-19 were examined. As a result, different scenarios associated with the three proposed strategies were tested based on the identified interconnections among the SDGs to reduce the potential negative effects of COVID-19 crisis on the achievement of the SDGs. The results provide a decision support for stakeholders and policy makers involved in SD action plan.

Abstract
Green human resources management (GHRM) represents the process of generalizing and incorporating various environmental practices in the field of HR policy and is considered one of the most important elements of supporting sustainable development. Therefore, companies today must flexibly determine pro-environmental HR practices and the extent of their impact on sustainable development. This study aimed to determine GHRM practices for Jordanian service companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange to promote sustainable development. The study data was collected using the analytical and descriptive methodology. A random sample was selected including 383 administrative employees in 139 Jordanian service companies. Data were collected using an electronic questionnaire and analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The statistical results showed that there is a strong positive relationship to the impact of GHRM in promoting sustainable development for Jordanian service companies. Based on the results, the study recommended the necessity of service companies adopting the concept of GHRM and its impact on sustainable development. It also recommended that the organization should actively work to promote constructive transformation within societal institutions and spread knowledge and awareness related to the impact of GHRM on sustainable development and thus call for its advancement.
