Abstract
The manufacturing organizations today are having a competition of supply chain versus supply chain. Existing research work fails to relate human metrics with supply chain performance. The authors intend to empirically assess the effects of human metrics on supply chain performance in the context of Indian manufacturing organizations. A rigorous literature review has identified 12 variables. The variables are individually measured and later on reduced in number by factor analysis. As a pilot study, primary data is collected from 100 manufacturing organizations by means of a questionnaire, both offline and online, which is administered across India and a scale is developed. t-test and factor analysis resulted in 3 factors related to human metrics. The outcomes of the research work provide valuable implications for the Indian manufacturing organizations to understand the factors affecting supply chain performance.

Abstract
Response surface methodology (RSM) is a statistical method useful in the modeling and analysis of problems in which the response variable receives the influence of several independent variables, in order to determine which are the conditions under which should operate these variables to optimize a corrugated box production process. The purpose of this research is to create response surface models through regression on experimental data which has been reduced using DA to obtain optimal processing conditions. Studies carried out for corrugated sheet box manufacturing industries having man machine system revealed the contribution of many independent parameters on cycle time. The independent parameters include anthropometric data of workers, personal data, machine specification, workplace parameters, product specification, environmental conditions and mechanical properties of corrugated sheet. Their effect on response parameter cycle time is totally unknown. The developed model was simulated and optimized with the aid of MATLAB R2011a and the computed value for cycle time is obtained and compared with experimental value. The results obtained showed that the correlation R, adjusted R2 and RMS error were valid.

Abstract
The aims of this research is to analyze effect to perceived organization support, symbolic incentives meaning, and knowledge sharing quality on innovative work behavior at e-commerce in Indonesia. The number of samples in this research that was examined were 160 samples of business owner or manager who seller their product in e-commerce, originating from the provinces of Special Region Yogyakarta, Central Java, East Java, and West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. We use purposive sampling technique for the data collection method. The result of this research indicate that perceived organization support has a significant positive effect on symbolic incentives meaning. Perceived organization support has a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing quality. Perceived organization support has a insignificant positive effect on innovative work behavior. Symbolic incentives meaning has a insignificant positive effect on innovative work behavior. Knowledge sharing quality has a insignificant positive effect on innovative work behavior.
