Dr. Farhad Golestani Fard, Plenary Speaker at the sixth International Symposium on Refractories in China The sixth International Symposium on Refractories was held on October 18-21, 2012 in Zhengzhou China with the theme “Refractories Serving Low Carbon Economy” . IUST’s Dr. Farhad Golestani-Fard was invited by the China Ceramic Society to speak as the Plenary Speaker. His speech was entitled “Refractories in Iran Production of In-situ Containing”. During his visit Dr. Golestani-Fard also visited China’s Wuhan University, where he gave a speech regarding refractories research efforts. Dr. Golestani-Fard is a professor of the School of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering, with a focus in refractories. |
