Slide Preparation: Ensure slides align with the allocated time.

• Recommended Number of Slides: 10 to 15.
• Maximum Number of Slides: 20.

Presentation Duration: 15 minutes total (10 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for questions).
File Size Limit: The presentation file should not exceed 9.8 MB.
Presentation Language: The presentation language is English.
Certification: Please note that the CCFA Conference participation certificate will only be awarded to individuals who successfully present their papers.

 

Submission Instructions: Upload your PowerPoint presentation file to the conference website by following these steps:

1. Download the Template: Click here to download the oral presentation template. Use this template to prepare your presentation file.
2. Log In: Access the conference website using your username and password. Click here to log in.
3. Navigate to Your Private Page: Go to your private page by clicking here.
4. Locate Submission Statistics: Scroll down to the "Submission Statistics" section and find "Total Submitted Articles." Click on it.
5. Upload Your Presentation: At the bottom of the summarized information for each paper, locate the "Upload Article Attachments" section. Click the blue text labeled "Slide File" to upload your PowerPoint presentation.
6. Verify Your Upload: After uploading, you can view your file(s) in the "Article Profile" section, which is located next to "Submission Status" in the paper's summarized information.
