Graduation Ceremony of Academic Year 2007-8

  The graduation ceremony for 309 graduates of all degrees in the academic year 2007-2008 was held on Wednesday, December 13, 2008 in presence of Transportation Minister. (Album) 

  This ceremony was held in two stages. First, graduate students received graduation uniforms, took collective photos and got personal stamps by showing the related vouchers.

  First, Dr. Jabal Ameli, the chancellor of the university welcomed the audience. Then, Hojjatoleslam Shahabadi, representative office of Supreme Leader in the university, gave his speech.

  Afterwards, Dr. Behbahani Transportation Minister, who is also the professor at Civil Engineering College, gave his speech.

  Special lecturer for this ceremony was Dr. Shafia, the professor of Industrial Engineering College, whose speech was focused on the promotion of employment opportunities.

    The second part of the ceremony was held from 12 to 18 in Shahid Bahrami Assembly Hall. Transportation Minister, the faculty administrative, deans, graduate students and their attendants participated. After reciting some verses of the Holy Koran by international reciter of the Koran and listening to the national anthem,

  Other programs of this ceremony included casting the video clip of university anthem, reciting of graduation oath, performing music by Dastaane Gooya Band, choir performance and shadow puppetry.

  Finally, the ceremony ended at 22:00 after having dinner.
