The IUST E-Learning Center has established certain rules and regulations which are required to be followed by applicants of the e-learning programs. In particular, all applicants are required to:

  · Meet the general requirements of enrolling higher education programs, established by Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution,

  · have high school, pre-university, or equivalent diploma, approved by Iran's Ministry of Education (according to Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution standards),

  Note: Applicants with higher diploma average or higher ranks in Iranian national university entrance exams are given admission priority.

  · Pay the application fee.

  Note: The syllables of e-learning programs duplicate their non-virtual full-time counterparts. Therefore, there is no difference in curricula between the two methods of education.
