IEEE Best Paper AwardThe CSNDSP08 (IEEE 6th Symposium on Communication Systems, Networks and Digital Signal Processing) Best Paper Award was granted to Mr. Ehsan Rahimi and Prof. Shahram Mohammad Nejad in 2008. The title of the paper is "Quantum-Dot Cellular ROM: A Nano-Scale Level Approach to Digital Data Storage". The conference was held in Graz University of Technology, Austria.
