IUST E-Learning Center was established with the aim of providing high quality education opportunities through Information Technology achievements and in this light, seeks to contribute toward society’s professional needs, essential for a sustainable economic development, especially in the fields of engineering and applied sciences.

 Our e-learning programs bring flexibility to the university's existing educational services, offer high quality courses, and reduce the cost of education for all, regardless of their location and time zone.

 Our educational services are offered through Internet and therefore, the center can be termed as an online or virtual center. The fundamental advantage of our E-Learning Center is not only in the method of offering our services, but also in the employment of innovative educational practices. Our educational practices guarantee the training of effective and creative workforces for the future demands of a knowledge-based economy.
