The School of Railway Engineering (SRE) was established in 1997 at Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST) as a positive answer to the public interests and Railway Industrial development plans in Iran. Research laboratories
The School of Railway Engineering at IUST has been equipped with 11 educational & research laboratories. Due to uniqueness of the SRE, some of the research laboratories are unique in the Middle East.
Most of the LABS are equipped with measurement systems as well as signal processing equipments. The SRE LABS are providing the facilities for graduate students and railway industries to conduct research projects in different research areas in Railway Engineering. more ...
The Second International Conference on Recent Advances in Railway Engineering is aimed to bring together both engineers and researchers of the field to review and discuss the recent practical and theoretical methods/approaches to address recent advances, technologies and innovations in Railway Engineering.
