  Brake Simulation Lab

 

Express Wagon Brake System Simulator 

Elements of a pneumatic brake system of an express passenger train are simulated by this simulator. Various types of brake systems like steady brake, rapid brake, hand brake … can be simulated. Monographs of the air pressure in different sections of the systems are then plotted and indicated.

GT26CW Locomotive Brake System Simulator

 

Elements of a pneumatic brake system of a locomotive are simulated by this simulator. Various types of brake systems like steady brake, rapid brake,… can be simulated. Monographs of the air pressure in different sections of the systems are then plotted and indicated. The system is equipped with computer software to control the procedure.

CK10 Brake Pneumatic Cylinder Test

The test is directed to evaluate the performance of a CK10 Brake Pneumatic Cylinder. Characteristic equation of the cylinder can be obtained using this test set up.

Full-scale Brake System of a 24-wagon passenger train is simulated in this test rig. Pressure distribution as well as time lags are then obtained.
